I have never been a big fan of Dollar General. I didnt think there were great deals to be found there. But our local Dollar General has added a new section to the store... a $1.00 section. It has some great finds in it. Degree deodorant for men and women. Reynolds Wrap. Hefty zipper bags. Colgate toothpaste. Order some coupons for these and stock up. Coupons by Dede is a great place to order extra coupons.
