I am really excited about this one!!! OK, this is how it works... you sign up online with your grocery loyalty cards (Kroger, CVS etc). You load the coupons that you are interested in onto your card. Instead of getting cash off the products, the amount of the coupon is loaded onto a gift card for Amazon, deposited into your bank, paypal account, or you can donate the amount to your favorite charity...
